**Job Description:

The Assistant Equipment Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of equipment used in the cell manufacturing process. This role involves ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and effectively, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance performance and reliability.

**Qualifications:

**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a cell manufacturing or related environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, systems, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Preferred Skills:

**

  • Experience with cell manufacturing equipment, such as automation, AGV , heat treatment related industry and cleaning industry.
  • Familiarity with automation and control systems.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
  • TPM Knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and update skills.

  • Standard office environment with occasional exposure to manufacturing environments.
  • May require extended hours or flexibility depending on working needs.
