**Job Description:

**The Assistant Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role involves managing production lines, implementing process improvements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

**Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control practices.

• Proficiency in data analysis, process improvement methodologies, and production management.

• Familiarity with manufacturing software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, CAD).

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills:

**

• Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or project management.

• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the production sector.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.

• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.

• Willingness to continuously learn and update skills.

• Standard office environment with frequent visits to the manufacturing floor.

• May require occasional travel to other facilities or vendor locations.
